Two rooms for rent in a lovely sunset home one block from the N-Judah line and three blocks from Golden Gate Park.

We think that it’s more important that our personality types are complementary to each other because—no matter how wonderful the place in which you live—if you can’t get along then the environment ceases to matter. So here is a little more about us…
We are a male and female couple who have one small dog. Because of the nature of our relationship, we are looking for roommates who have an understanding of BDSM dynamics or perhaps those who have been in a BDSM relationship themselves. In addition, we are seeking quiet, reasonably tidy and thoughtful (preferably female) roommates who are willing to have differences of opinion but still remain respectful. No smokers, drug users, or heavy drinkers please.
About her:
She went to law school, worked as a legal researcher, but after turning 40 this year, she is looking to change career paths to something a heck of a lot less corporate and corrupt . Her personality traits:
1) Introverted but friendly and empathetic
2) Artistic but firmly grounded and not flighty
3) Adaptable, flexible, diplomatic person who enjoys harmony in the home
4) Thrives best in an organized and aesthetically pleasing home

Now about the neighborhood, house, and available rooms…
Neighborhood details:
• One block from the N-Judah line with easy transportation to/from downtown (40 minutes by train/15 minutes by car using Lincoln/Oak or Fell), many universities, and the beach
• Plenty of street parking available (unlike most of San Francisco)
• Three blocks from Golden Gate Park and all of its museums and gardens
• A short walk from local shopping and restaurant districts on Irving and Noriega
• Quick access to 19th Street and Sunset Boulevard for northern or southern commuting corridors
House details:
• This is a three-bedroom, split bathroom (sink/shower in one room and W.C. in the other) house with hardwood floors.
• The living room is large, well-lit, and has a modern décor. It is located adjacent to our bedroom at the front of the house. Comcast cable and wireless internet access are available to all roommates (with the added bonus of an in-house technical troubleshooter).
• A door separates our bedroom and the living room from the kitchen, bathrooms, and back bedrooms so there is a greater sense of privacy for all roommates.
• The kitchen is large and has a dishwasher and a gas stove.
• The garage on the first level of the house has some storage available, a clothes washer/dryer (no more Laundromats!), and our den/office.
Room details:
Each room rents for $900 but, if both rooms are rented by a single person, the rent would be $1,700 total.
• The master bedroom (room is unfurnished, furnishings in picture only for size reference) is 12’9” X 10’9”, has a 5’10” X 2’6” entry way, and two large closets. The first closet is 6’6” X 2’3”, has a cedar floor, is mirrored, and has both double and single hanging bars, shoe shelves, and upper storage shelves. The second closet is 3’1” X 3’10”, has single hanging bars and upper storage shelves. The room is on the West side of the house and gets lots of light through the windows, which have levolor blinds.
• The second room (10’7” X 10’8”) is next to the master bedroom, has a 3’6” X 2’7” entry way, and two large closets. The closets are mirrored, laid out in an L-shape, with double and single hanging bars and multiple upper storage shelves. The first closet is 6’6” X 2’3” and the second closet is 4’1” X 3’7”. This room is also on the West side of the house and gets a lot of light through its two windows, which have levolor blinds.
The fine print:
• First month’s rent and security deposit required to move in.
• Utilities are not included and are split between all roommates. Utilities include Comcast Cable/High Speed Internet, PG&E, Garbage, Water/Sewer.
• She will do all the major housecleaning every two weeks for an additional $40/month charge per room if you prefer not to do any cleaning.
• You may move in as soon as you’d like as the rooms are ready-to-go.
